The Farmington Bicentennial Task Force is inviting the community to a special event.

Join us in celebrating Farmington’s 200 years of history with the unveiling of a special timeline mural. This mural, created to commemorate our bicentennial, beautifully captures the key moments and milestones that have shaped our community. It was designed by local artist Carl Johnson of Saint Creative, with input from local historian Brian Golden and Councilwoman Maria Taylor.

Event Details:

  • Date: Wednesday, September 25
  • Time: 6 p.m.
  • Location: 23300 Farmington Road – alley between Fresh Thyme Market & My Salon Suites

  • A brief ceremony with remarks from local leaders
  • Unveiling of the mural
  • Light refreshments
  • A chance to connect with fellow community members and learn more about Farmington’s rich history

“This is a momentous occasion for our town, and we’d love for you to be a part of it,” said Councilmember Maria Taylor, who is also on the Bicentennial Taskforce. “Let’s come together to honor the past, celebrate the present, and look forward to the future.”
